During this session, we will connect for 45 minutes via online or my home office to learn a little bit about one another. We will have a casual chat centered around your motivations & goals, and what you aim to gain during  your coaching experience in order to formulate the proper coaching plan for you.

Engage

It's time to engage with those goals you have been putting on the backburner. This 3 month membership is perfect for clients that feel they just need a little encouragement and motivation to get moving in the right direction.

This package includes 12- 55 minute sessions.

Single Session

A single session is perfect for a client that would like to explore the Life Coaching experience a little further before committing to a membership. A single session is also great for clients that have completed their membership plan, as this allows the client to drop in from time-to-time on a need-be basis.

Each Session is 55 minutes
